Refund and returns policy

Online return policy

On all orders purchased on artbylonfeldt.com you have a 14 days right of withdrawal after receiving the items you bought. These rights are founded in Danish and European Law.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

a) have received your item
b) takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
c) gets physical possession of the last lot, or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
d) takes physical possession of the first item in the case of agreements on the regular delivery of goods over a certain period (point d is inserted only in the case of agreements on the regular delivery of goods)

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by contacting us via email [email protected]. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. And add the receipt or proof of purchase.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.You have to send the products back packaged in original condition in the original packaging materials.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way it functions. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

We do not cover the costs of postage or shipping. All items have to be send back as parcels with tracking.

After receiving the products back in mint condition we will send back the full amount for the products.

Refund policy

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you paid for the purchased products. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment for the products you have purchased. The repayment is made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the products back on our address.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

2 years warranty on all products

The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to goods purchases.

When you shop at artbylonfeldt.com, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

How soon should I make a reclamation?

You must reclamate within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

Please contact us via email to [email protected] including images and a description if you are finding faults or having problems with the products. We will then evaluate the damage and our refund offer.

We will then offer a full or partly refund, exchange or gift voucher for the original purchase.
