Original canvas painting Thoughts I

A captivating original canvas painting that has a content-rich motif, where the colors in interaction with shapes and lines catch the eye and evoke curiosity.

The composition is well-balanced between colors and elements, and the extensive use of transparent colors adds visual depth to the subject. On interpretation, there are plenty of opportunities to let your imagination run wild. Some will be able to see a ship on a summer's day when it pulls up to a storm. Others can glimpse a factory in full production on the outskirts of a city. The dynamic colors are held in place by horizontal and vertical lines so that the expression is harmonious.

Original canvas paintings with intensive colors are excellent wall decorations, which add a pleasant atmosphere to the home that both friends and family feel comfortable in. And the size makes the paintings flexible in your interior, where they can be changed around and placed in unconventional places, such as on a mini easel standing on a sideboard or shelf.

Product description:

A stylish original canvas painting with a relevant motif that captures the grandeur of nature's forms. With an energetic expression where colors and elements complement each other.

The actual process of making the painting has been done in 7 steps, with each layer being allowed to dry through before the next layer is added. In the first step, the basic color is layered on the linen canvas, with variation in the color nuances by using lighter and darker colors. Then the main motif itself and shadows are outlined on the surface with writing tools such as charcoal and pencils. Next, paint is applied and shapes and figures are refined in 4 separate steps. Transparent and opaque colors are layered on top of each other and mixed together until the motif is as intended. Finally, the final details and colors are adjusted to add extra depth and detail. Finally, 2 layers of varnish are painted on the finished work, as a shield against UV light.

I always use artistic materials of ultra-high quality. Because it is a fundamental condition for achieving the intensive colors and the great depth effect in the motifs. And then good materials mean that the painting will last many years into the future without losing quality. Paints and media are from recognized manufacturers of artists' paints with ultra-high pigment content. The linen canvas comes from Italy, and with the coarse texture of the surface and the great strength, is superior when it comes to holding the weight of the paint. And the stretch frame is made of European softwood, which is assembled in short pieces with finger taps, as this results in superb rigidity in the frame. The wood is FSC certified and dried down to 12%, providing a frame that is perfect for hanging on the wall indoors.
