Here I have used a working method where the entire process is completed in one uninterrupted work step while the paint is wet. This is only possible because I use acrylic paint, which with its short drying time puts a lot of pressure on adding the right colors and elements as quickly as possible. With defined colors, without the whole thing becoming a big brown stain. If a mistake is made, the process is merciless, so the only option is to discard the canvas and start over.
As always, only the highest quality art materials have been used. This is a necessity, due to the special characteristics of the paintings: Transparent strong color tones that shine clearly and penetratingly, as well as a massive amount of paint that makes the paintings heavy. The paint and media come primarily from the leading manufacturer of top-quality acrylic paint, Golden Artist Colors. The canvas is of Italian origin in an extraordinarily thick quality with 420 g/m2, and is made of a linen/cotton mix. The stretch frame is made of finger-tapped pine. It is forested in Europe and has an FSC certificate.
