Acrylic modern painting in beautiful colors in a timeless abstract design.
During the production of the painting, lots of acrylic paint is used, which is layered on in thin layers with transparent colors. It gives a painting that contains plenty of depth, as the underlying layers with other color shades and varying elements peek through. The colors have an incredible intensity.
My production process has taken a long time. It consists of 6-7 separate steps where each layer has been added with tones, lines and shapes, then allowed to dry before I move on to the next layer. Various types of painting tools have been used throughout the process.
The painting consists of solid art materials of the best quality. It is the combination of them that gives the fantastic colors. The canvas is strong and comes from a top Italian supplier. It is a linen/cotton mix, which is absolutely perfect as it combines the good properties of both. The stretch frame of finger joined pine wood comes from European forests and is FSC certified. Acrylic paints and media are from the best suppliers, all of whom use a high content of real color pigments in their products.
